changes again =(
Ms V who joined last apr, gonna be trsf out. Her 10%-20% portfolio bcom mine. Bosses didn even care to announce her departure. But jus called for a handover on fri.
These 2 yrs, when Ms K tendered, I've to learn e ropes frm her within 2 - 3wks.
Then Ms S came, tasks re-delegated, then within 1 yr, she left. Tasks handover to me
Then Ms B came, tasks re-delegated, and then abt 1yr ltr, she left. Tasks handover to me.
Then Ms V came last apr, tasks re-delegated, and then she gonna leave too. Her tasks returned to me.
it is so sickening, so irritating and so depressing. I dont seems to b value-added, get fatter pay chq. In time of recession, how to hope for bigger increment? and what is the possibility of recruitment?
May my luck changes for the good and better opportunites wil come knocking soon
